With many years of worldwide logistics management experience, we have paved the way for the utilization of advanced technology for cargo tracking, reporting, and documentation. This unique and detailed software system traces and monitors cargo movements in the region.Experienced project management teams ensure the safe delivery of entire project cargo on a turnkey basis, from multiple vendors and suppliers and/or multiple points of origin to jobsites in the region.
Project teams can also be assigned to work in the client’s project offices and at the jobsite, with seamless linkage to our C2C system. Turnkey solutions are initiated by our global project teams. We receive and check all cargo delivered to our depots. The cargo is then bar-coded and export-packed and/or containerized as necessary. All bookings are negotiated and confirmed with the most suitable ocean or air carrier, including heavy lifts negotiated with specialized carriers. Cargo clearance is handled promptly, followed by haulage to the jobsite and inventory management.
Supporting our team management approach is our C2C materials handling, tracking, and monitoring system, which tracks the status of all purchase order line items and printed reports. Utilizing bar-coded labels for all materials, cargo is tracked by P.O. line and sub-line item, from the time a purchase order is entered into our system until the time it is delivered to the jobsite. In addition, digital images of major load-outs are e-mailed to clients to document the physical progress of their shipments. Other services include thorough cost analysis of all feasible transport options, as well as the combining and consolidation of specific cargo for added cost savings. Logistics plans and site surveys can be conducted to further expedite project movements and to determine the most expeditious and competitive transportation solutions.
Our warehousing and export packaging facilities provide a full range of services to meet all requirements for ocean, air, and domestic shipments, including the storage and 24-hour protection of client cargoes. Unique services include receiving, line-item checking and verification of materials, moisture barrier, vacuum packing, onsite industrial boxing, packing that meets governmental/military specifications, packing and marking of hazardous materials, and the consolidation and securing of equipment and supplies into containers, flat racks, and platforms.
